Naturally Pinsa is a company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality, easily digestible Roman pinsa bases. The professionals at Naturally Pinsa are experts in artisanal food production, foodservice distribution, and marketing communications in the food industry.

Specifically, Naturally Pinsa provides informational and commercial services to support its partners and customers, including the option for Users to download the product catalog and to be contacted for purchasing or distribution/supply purposes. Naturally Pinsa, in accordance with the GDPR, acts as the Data Controller with respect to the data provided by Users while browsing the Site. Alessandro Bianchetti acts as the Data Processor.

By accepting this privacy policy, the User acknowledges that their personal data may also be disclosed to third parties, always for purposes related to the provision of services.

2. GLOSSARY

“Collaborators” are the professionals, technicians, and staff who, within their respective fields of expertise, work with the Data Controller to provide the production, distribution, and commercial communication services described on this Website.

The Data Controller may collect Personal Data and other information directly from its Users as part of the contact process and catalog request process on the Website (this includes, but is not limited to, data such as: email address, first and last name, company name, job title, and phone number).

The processing may involve Users’ personal data, such as:

a. Data provided when contacting us or requesting a catalog
Naturally Pinsa will process the personal data that the User provides in order to download the product catalog and/or to be contacted regarding a purchase or, in the case of industry professionals (distributors, retailers, buyers), for distribution and supply purposes. Such data is provided directly by the Data Subject and may include, but is not limited to, first name, last name, company name, professional role, email address, phone number, and other data voluntarily provided by the User. If the User authorizes it, or even through the use of cookies, the Data Controller and its Collaborators may store the data provided by the User, in compliance with the principles set forth in European Regulation 679/2016 and in accordance with the purposes outlined in this document. It is understood that the Data Subject shall have the right to request the deletion of the personal data provided at any time.

b. Data collected automatically
The computer systems and applications used to operate the Site may collect, during their normal operation, certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) that may be associated with identifiable users. The provision of Personal Data, for the purposes set forth in paragraph 1 of this article, is necessary to allow the User to download the product catalog and/or receive a sales contact from Naturally Pinsa. Therefore, without the aforementioned data, it will not be possible to take advantage of these opportunities. Please note that Naturally Pinsa does not conduct online sales through its Website.

6. DATA RELATING TO MINORS

The Data Controller does not collect personal data from children under the age of 14, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 101/2018. Any User who provides false information when contacting the Data Controller expressly releases the Data Controller from any form of liability, it being understood that this release extends to the parents and/or guardians of Users under the age of 14. If a parent or guardian of a minor User believes that the minor has contacted Naturally Pinsa, they must immediately notify the Data Controller, who will proceed to delete the minor User’s Personal Data.

7. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Within the limits relevant to the stated purposes of processing, Users’ data may be disclosed to Contractors, consulting firms, hosting providers, and IT companies. Naturally, Pinsa will not share the data it collects with services located outside the European Union.

In accordance with the principle of data minimization (Art. 5, GDPR), the obsolescence of stored data in relation to the purposes for which it was collected is periodically reviewed. Specifically:
a) data collected when contacting us or requesting a catalog is processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which it is collected directly from the User on a case-by-case basis;
b) data collected automatically is processed for the time strictly necessary, solely for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the platform and to verify its proper functioning, including for security purposes or in accordance with the time limits set forth by Italian law;
c) data provided voluntarily by the User will be retained for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which it is processed or in accordance with the time limits set forth by Italian law.
