The classic Pinsa Romana base, hand-stretched according to traditional methods, made with sourdough, a high-hydration dough featuring a blend of select Italian flours, and a long fermentation process.
Shaped on a peel, ideal for serving by the slice or for takeout.

Ingredients

Type “0” soft wheat flour, water, dried wheat sourdough starter, salt, extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, rice semolina, yeast, soy flour, dried soft wheat flour, malted soft wheat flour.
May contain traces of mustard.

Storage

18 months in unopened packaging.

Store at a temperature of -18°C.

Once opened, the Pinsa should be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours; if thawed while still in its packaging, it should be consumed within 4 days.
